Beni Haruka is a popular sweet potato with a high sugar content and a moist texture.

The Beni Haruka we use is carefully made from the soil preparation at our own farm. We are cultivating with lots of affection with local people in cooperation with agriculture and welfare.

口に含むとしっかりとした甘みが広がりますが、後味はすっきりとした上品な甘さを感じさせてくれます。「紅はるか」ならではの甘い香り・甘みを楽しみつつも、味わいは爽やかで、女性や芋焼酎初心者の方でも飲みやすい芋焼酎に仕上げました。
ロックがおすすめですが、炭酸割りや水割り・お湯割りでも十分に香りがたちますのでお好みの飲み方でお楽しみください。
